Not much is known about Gartner, i think he may be German. What i do know is that this is a great record – I’m pleasantly surprised when ever i listen to it. High quality synthesis and the occasional harp make this a beautiful record. Fifteen tracks on each side ranging in length from 25 sec to over 4 minutes. Checkout my a little edit.
